Networking Sessions

All Networking Sessions are held at Hidden Art, and open to all members. These sessions have their own booking form.

You will also need to complete the 2010 Self-Assessment form before you can be approved to take part in this event. If you have not completed a self-assessment since 16 February 2010, you will need to complete this form.

Writing a Press Release

3 March 6pm - 8pm

This session shows you how to Market yourself to the Press. Discover key lead times for different publications and tips about how to write a good press release and adopting the right language and style to reach journalists. You will also be shown the quality of images expected by the Press, and how to present them.

Marketing Workshop

5 May 6pm - 8pm

This marketing taster session will introduce you to the key stages in marketing planning. It will break the process up into individual activities, each accompanied by an explanatory handbook and visual tool for you to take away.

Sourcing Finance

2 June 6pm - 8pm

This session offers you the tools and knowledge to make sourcing finance easier. By getting to know your way around the arts funding system, you are likely to be more successful when and if you decide to apply for financial support. The session will help you to identify what you might need from a funder. It will introduce the range of financial support sources, as well as information you will need for an application.

Selling Opportunities for Jewellers

13 October 6pm - 8pm

This session will focus on accessing selling opportunities in London and beyond. Providing advice about best places to sell and capitalise on these opportunities.
