This is a new kind of book design service. These bespoke books are digitally printed and handmade to individual commission.

Clients provide images, documents, and objects which are digitally converted, the book layout designed and printed, and, finally, bound by hand.  We work from old photographs, documents, objects or digital photographs. Finest quality coated and handmade papers are carefully chosen to enhance the piece. The wide variety of book structures which are now possible, as well as the huge range of covering materials, make the product truly individual. The book may be any size between pocket-sized to A3. Single copies are usually produced, as well as very limited editions.

The books are designed from a lifelong love of books and the desire to make available exquisite, exceptional pieces. They are particularly suitable as a permanent record of landmark life occasions, such as a wedding, the arrival of a new baby, or a special anniversary or birthday. They might preserve a hobby, pastime or collection. They can celebrate and commemorate a life. They could provide a mini-portfolio for an artist, illustrator or photographer. An organisation may wish to present a permanent record of a member’s contributions and achievements.

Starting at £300 for the first copy (50-60 images). Subsequent copies of the same piece are less.
