Pli Design Ltd (Pli) was established in 2003 by Christopher Pett. Pli’s aim is to supply high quality and environmentally sustainable furniture to homes, offices and public buildings. We spend our time developing new, exciting designs and sourcing the best eco-friendly materials available, like bamboo, wheat straw, recycled plastic, reclaimed panels and natural adhesives. 

Pli has several research & development and manufacturing partners in the UK, other EU countries, China and India. We are exploring brand new materials and manufacturing techniques. We make beautiful, durable furniture designs which are ergonomic, non-toxic and good value for money. When you’ve finished with them, our products are either biodegradable or else can be recycled in standard municipal waste facilities. 

Our range consists of tables, benches and chairs for a variety of uses and settings. The look and feel is contemporary, organic and elegant.

Our customers range from individual buyers to designer-furniture retailers and large contract clients.
