WHAT IS THE SET WORDING FOR HIDDEN ART SELECT BRANDING ON THE PRODUCT?
We can confirm that the format for the Hidden Art Select logo will be one of the following options. Please ensure that you send us the artwork/ samples prior to production for approval:
1. Hidden Art Select logo/ own logo
Your own logo should be displayed to the right or below the Hidden Art Select logo.
2. [product name] by [your company name] for Hidden Art Select
Should you choose the second option, please note the font must be Gils San MT Light – No exceptions! This is only acceptable when incorporated into the Hidden Art Select text box.

The Hidden Art Select text box and logo should not be cropped or any elements separated for any reason.
2. CAN I USE ANY COLOUR FOR THE HIDDEN ART SELECT LOGO?
Regarding the logo colours, we would prefer for you to use the black and red, although black only will be accepted this year. No other colour will suffice.
Pantone references for the logos are:

3. CAN I CONTACT MY OWN PRESS LINKS?
You are welcome to contact and promote Hidden Art Select through your own press agency/ avenues. If you do wish to notify your press agency regarding Hidden Art Select and your participation, we ask that you respect the following guidelines:
1. All images are embargoed until Hidden Art inform you otherwise. This is likely to follow our PR Girl press release, post photo-shoot.
2. All press releases must be sent to us first for approval
3. Official images only can be used from the photo shoot

4. WILL I BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE THE HIDDEN ART SELECT PROJECT ON MY WEBSITE?
Yes - If you would like to promote the Hidden Art Select project and your inclusion in this opportunity you can promote details of the project on your website.
You must include the Hidden Art Select logo. Please find below the link for both the high and low res version of the logo. These must not be cropped for any reason.
5. WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH PACKAGING?
Packaging suppliers are still responding with quotations. All will be providing an assessment and sending in samples for consideration. We will inform you of the packaging supplier details.
We will relay details of the packaging company and pricing as soon as available.
6. WHO PAYS FOR THE PACKAGING?
Cost of packaging is to be met by the designer-maker. Any display packaging that you may wish to use will also need to be drafted into the cost price.
You will need to draft the cost of any packaging into your costs and revise any other pricing accordingly. Please communicate changes via the Update form.
7. HOW DO I REDEEM MY £250 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT VOUCHER?
Each participant of Hidden Art Select has access to a £250 voucher, which can be redeemed against any element of product development.
To redeem this, please contact Amy via email:
amy@hiddenart.co.uk to stipulate what you wish the money to be reimbursed against.
Once the eligibility for voucher use is confirmed, send an invoice to Hidden Art for the amount you wish to claim (up to the value of £250 - inclusive of VAT). You will also need to send a copy of your original receipt/ invoice for the service used.
